IBC - heating jacket
up to 100°C
Ready to use, flexible insulated heating jacket, applicable for frost-protection or for maintaining the temperatures of liquids in a 1000 litre Intermediate Bulk Container (IBC), having dimensions 0f 1200 mm x 1000 mm x 1160 mm and consisting of a jacket with washable PUR- or PTFE-coated cover material, an built-on electromechanical thermostat in a polycarbonate housing with transparent cover (indicator lights for power and operation) and in addition with an insulating mat for the top of the IBC container.
The Velcro® strip system ensures a quick and simple installation. Optimal heat transfer is ensured by means of a hand crated fit.
As an option, we offer a IBC heating jacket (part-no. 42001185) that has two, individually regulated heating zones, as well as twin, individually adjustable digital controllers in order to match more accurately the medium´s heat requirement.
